How we work
What happens when you message us.
We reply the way you prefer. There are rarely surprises, because each step is said before it is done.
First the visit and the written estimate. Then the materials, the contract and, if needed, the permit. Only then does the crew arrive. You see photos every afternoon and sign the handover when everything is as agreed.

The first week
The first five days on site.
An example for a kitchen; a bathroom follows the same order in fewer days.
- 01
Step 1: Day 1: the house is protected
Plastic on floors and doors, dust contained and water shut off where needed.
- 02
Step 2: Day 2: demolition
The old comes out. If something shows up behind a wall, you get photos that same day.
- 03
Step 3: Day 3: pipes and circuits
Water and power points are set to the signed layout.
- 04
Step 4: Day 4: inspection
If there is a permit, the inspector is called. If not, we go over everything with you before closing up.
- 05
Step 5: Day 5: closing up
Walls, waterproofing or floor base, depending on the job.

Questions
What people ask us most.
What if you find something behind the wall?
It happens in homes of any age: moisture, old pipes, poorly run wires. We stop, show you photos and give the cost of the fix in writing. No change goes ahead without your signature.
Can I live in the house during the job?
With a bathroom, yes, if you have a second one. With a kitchen, also yes: we set up a temporary corner with a sink and a spot for the microwave and tell you which days there will be no water or power.
How much is the deposit and when do I pay?
The deposit and payment schedule are written into the contract, in parts that follow the progress of the job, and the last payment comes only after the final walkthrough. The amount is set by the contract within what Texas law allows; the owner confirms it.
